Can I apply for Canadian Express Entry while my status is refugee claimant

Hi Friends, I need your advice and help:
After applying Refugee claimant, I noticed that if i apply for express entry for skilled worked, I am illegible because my CRS score is more than the latest draw.
Can I apply express entry on my current status (Refugee Claimant)?
My local work experience will be counted in my CRS points or not? (My 1-year Canadian experience is matching with my IT degree. I am working in a big company of Canada on work permit).
My passport also got expired which is already seized with IRCC/CBSA.
If anyone can guide me to some lawyer who can guide me further?
I am desperately looking to go back to my home county because of my mother health condition which is going down day by day.

no you can't nor your working experience as a claimant will count towards express entry ,

As said above, you cannot apply for EE as a refugee claimant or for any other economic immigration program like PNP. Don't waste money on a lawyer. This path is not possible.
