can i apply for canada visa

hi,
any tell me that i have done my 10+2 in Sept,2003. after that i have start my graduation in august,2005 to august,2008 but in last semester i got reappear in one subject and it clears in October,2011. now i want to go Canada for pg diploma. please tell me that can i get the study visa of Canada. please answer me..... i am so confused....some consultant tell me that you can get visa and some tell me no.... please help me.

I am a Pharmacist and have 2 years work experience and want to apply for Post graduation dipolma. I want to know about chances to get study permit visa because i heard that visa does not issue to diploma programmes. What are facts and figures about this matter.
Kindly share your views to clear this confusion. I would be very kind to all of you

Yes, you can apply for pg program after one back as well as I had six backs which were cleared and I got my admission in a university in Canada, inbox me for details of the consultant that helped me out.
