You need to wait for AOR, which you will receive once you submit the application

But my lawyer said we can apply for Bowp if we have invite. because my Wp is expires on march 17..

false, wait until you get aor, you will get aor once you submit the document like in 10 mins, unless your work permit is expiring, you have 90 days to restore it.

Either you have misunderstood your lawyer, or s/he is incompetent (or worse). The information is on the IRCC website.
