Can I apply for both OINP and Permanent Residence under FSW?

I recently applied for OINP (February 2017 Human Capital Stream) and my application is currently under evaluation. Now I have received an ITA to apply for permanent residence under FSW. Can I apply for permanent residence also while awaiting results of OINP?
