Can I apply Express entry n sowp together from canada

I will be going to Canada on wp(Intra company transfer). I have checked my spouse is eligible for federal skilled programme express entry. Can she apply for express entry and open work permit together from canada. She will be travelling on TRV. What should be the better approach. Any help would be highly appreciated. Or should she stay back and apply from India

If she is eligible for FSWP, then apply through that for her.

Not together, those would be two separate applications. She can apply for both EE and SOWP at the same time though, if that's what you mean.

Thank you. I was checking for time lines. It seems both takes nearly same time (a couple of months here and there), so was wondering what to do as my wp will be valid till oct 2019 (extension will be applied once I am in Canada) and we will be travelling in Jan end or feb early. So, I guess EE will give her better opportunity in job hunting. Please suggest.
