Can i Apply as a Web Designer / Developer

Hi,
I am newbie to forum and want to take information before going to apply for immigration as a Skilled Worker. Here are my some details, so you guys can give me best suggestion.

- I have done my Master in Computer Science from a private institution and it is not recognized institute.
- However - I have calculated my points which are above 67 as i have 4 year bachelor degree from a recognized university.
- I am working in Web Development field since 2003.

So,

- Will they are accepting Web Designers / Developers ?
- Will my experience be accepted as i have not recognized degree in computer science ?

You need a job offer in Canada if you want to apply through the Federal Skilled Worker program. Otherwise you don't qualify to apply.
