can I apply as a landed immigrant

hi there
im almost two years now here in calgary and im on the process of getting my another two years work permit
im not a caregiver or a skilled worker and i cant be nominated as permanent resident
can I apply for landed immigrant for the sole reason of ive been here long now

You have to qualify for some immigration class to apply. You can find them at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp

If you don't qualify for the skilled worker program, you could possibly be nominated by your employer depending on if you are doing a skilled job or certain semi-skilled jobs. If you have been doing a skilled job for 2 years, you could apply under Canadian Experience class. If you are not doing a skilled job and you are not doing one of the semi-skilled jobs that allow your employer to nominate you or your employer does not want to nominate you, then you have to find a new employer/new job where you could be nominated or try to get a promotion to a skilled job.
