Can I apply another Study Permit on top of PGWP?

Hi,

Obviously your application will be returned with rejection before 2 months.
So no need to apply.

I can give you two ways -

1. Try to search employer who will grant you LMO before the expiry of PGWP. Talk to some immigration consultant. They charge around $10,000 but will help you in getting 3 years open work permit.
Winners, Mc Donald and CIBC help student in work permit extension.

2. Apply for study permit before the expiry of PGWP,
Obviously you won't receive you won't get PGWP after studies.
But you'll get enough time to find employer for LMO.
The day you get employer. Change your status to Open work permit.

You don't have any other way to go.

I am not clear at the point you said I will have enough time to find emoloyer who can grant LMO during I am in school? I dont get it/ Please give me more detail/

Hi,

You doesn't qualify for PGWP anymore.
The only way to extend work permit is through LMO.
But you're left with only 3 months.
Step 1
Apply for restoration of status [From work permit to study permit]

step 2
After receiving study permit, start your education.

Step 3
While studying look for employer who can give you positive LMO.

Step 4
Either complete the studies and then apply for work permit through LMO

OR

Leave the studies in between and start working with LMO.


But anyhow you have to look for LMO before your study permit expires.
