As my spouse applied for his CWP in nov. 2020, he answered "no" by the question "Do you want to apply for an other family member" because I didn't need any visa at that time but now I do (I was expecting to get my PR soon). He did mention that we were in common-law though.
Am I still eligible to apply for an OWP afterward as a spouse of CWP holder?
If I do can apply for an OWP, should I write "yes" or "no" at the question "Are you accompanying a family member?"
