Although you love them and want the best for them, this would be considered an adoption of convenience. CIC would do the background checks and establish that fairly easily.masud2002 said:Cause my sister is highly interested to send her children for better education and better life if she can't come and i am also interested to adopt them cause i love them a lot as my child and i have no children..now i think its clear to you
I don't think what you want to do is adoption. Adoption is a process whereby a person assumes the parenting of another, usually a child, from that person's biological or legal parent or parents, and, in so doing, permanently transfers all rights and responsibilities, along with filiation, from the biological parent or parents. And from what you explained above, it doesn't seems so. And since they're your relation CIC will taking a special look into your case to determine that you're not just trying to sponsor them to come to Canada based on that fact. If it is about their education, they can obtain a student visa (depending on their ages) to enjoy the better education system you referred to.masud2002 said:Cause my sister is highly interested to send her children for better education and better life if she can't come and i am also interested to adopt them cause i love them a lot as my child and i have no children..now i think its clear to you
