Can first cousin be considered as relative?

My sister is residing in Ontario and is a PR. Will she be considered my relative as per ee? How will that improve my crs?

Crs isnt affected by relatives in canada. Include her only if you can prove the relationship.

Just further to what StAnger says make sure you can prove things like:

1) Where your sister is living
2) Where your sister is working
3) Dates your sister applied for and got PR

They may not ask for this but forward thinking and being prepared for what they may ask is a good thing.

No it won't. But there are talks by liberal governement to allocate points to applicants with relatives in Canada, but who knows when that's going to be implemented.
