Can family on TRV status in Canada do flag poling for changing status to PR?

My spouse and kid are on Temporary Resident Visa (multiple entry) and applied for Outland Spousal Sponsorship. Medical and bio is over. If they come to Canada on TRV and stayed here, will it affect our PR application?

If we get PPR request, where do we send the passport?

If we get COPR can they flagpole? Can I go with them?
