Can extensions during job be a cause of rejection?

I am using 14 months work experience to apply for PR.

My job had a condition: guaranteed for 6 months, followed by a review of performance and then extension for another 6 months if found satisfactory.

So I was given extensions twice, without any break in the job. Can it raise a question mark?

I was reading a case of refusal on MyImmiTracker where CIC was not satisfied that it was a continuous employment because the applicant mentioned about extensions.

The extension clause is clearly mentioned on my appointment letter. Should I skip submitting it as a supporting proof of work experience?

I have experience letter, salary slips and relieving letter as other supporting proofs.

Just submit a reference letter in CIC format and upload recent 3 salary slips. That will be enough.
