Can Employer reach out to IRCC and request to speed up the process?

Hi, Just wondering if anyone in this thread has reached out to IRCC as an Employer and requested to speed up the process..

Yeah i dont know what else we can do, its been a long wait and not hearing anything yet is really making so impatient..
I wish they speed up things and we all hear something..

The only thing an employer can do is hire an immigration lawyer to do a writ of mandamus to force IRCC to make a decision. This option should only be pursued if your wait time is well beyond the posted processing time. Good luck.

We applied in March 2021 so it is beyond the processing time.. what you say?

I'm not a lawyer. But normally people go the mandamus route once they are well beyond the posted processing time. I think you are just a few months beyond which isn't that much. But ultimately your choice.
