Can employer be changed after PNP or is it required to stick till Federal PR

I am currently on closed work permit, but I have applied for BC Pnp with support of my employee.
I want to change my employer. Will it be any problem to do so ?

Hello everyone. Please help me to clarify if I can or cannot change the employer after BC PNP Nomination. Here is my specific situation:
- I am on Open Work Permit.
- I am currently on a Permanent employment with BC PNP eligible employer.
- I am planning to apply for EE BC PNP Tech stream WITHOUT applying for Closed WP (as my Open WP is still valid).
--- (at this moment I have a question: wether this stream is considered "Employer driven" or not?)
- I wait for my BC PNP Nomination, then update my PR profile (WITHOUT claiming any job offer points with my current Employer) and wait for my ITA.
--- (at this point can I change en Employer without this affecting my PNP Nomination Ceritificate eligibility and therefore, my PR application?)

I hope I was as clear as possible. Please help me to understand. Thank you.

If your application for PNP is not via any employer-driven stream, then you can change employers at will, while waiting for your PR application to be finalized.

Sorry, it is a bit confusing, what is considered Employer-driven Stream?

Let's say BC PNP Tech Stream - is it considered being employer-driven? It definitely requires an employment or job offer from eligible employer. But the employer does not pay anything for me or sponsor me - they just confirm that I am working for them and do the job that matches my NOC. Will this fact make my PNP Cert ineligible for PR application in case I change the employer after PNP Nomination, while still being on Open WP?
