Can EE ineligible profile expect ITA?

I have got 364 points based on CRS and FSW 66 points.

IELTS S7 R7 W6 L6, OAL 6.5(CLB 7 in all)
Do I expect to receive ITA?

Also profile shows ineligibility in EE? what should I need to?

your ee profile is not eligible since you are one point short.
you should pass minimum 67 mark for FSW.

We both are in same boat brother, i am also short from just one point out of 67. IELTS is the only way to improve your score, you need CLB 9 in one section CLB 8 in other 3 section if you have masters from ECA, otherwise you have to score more in english test

When you will create your profile, once you create your profile you get pdf from CIC where it shows whether you are eligible or not

no you cant. should be first degree relative.

since you are not married, the only was for you to increase the fsw score is improve ielts or if you have masters

are you joking have you done any homework before with Clb 7 you would think you would know what ineligible mean and if you read rest of this you would know that you can not possibly expect a ITA with a ineligible profile, you better off been single as you get penalized for two people on points. Read other topics chat with guys in same situation and ask right questions instead of starting a new topic!

As per my understanding till now, to be eligible for express entry under FSW(federal skilled worker) one need to have 67 points,

I have got 66 points. i am single now, if i was married I could have got 5 points of IELTS language in FSW and total points 66+5= 71

I know with spouse one will loose points in CRS, as additional qualification is required to claim spouse points.

But my query was it possible to get ITA with CRS 364 and FSW 66. what options I have?

I am only scoring 59 points of FSW grid. I need points for job. Am I eligible to create Express Entry profile? If I create profile am I going to be in the pool?

If any employer wants to apply free LMIA for me, Do I have to have the EE profile in order for him to pick me up from pool? or employer can apply for the free LMIA without me having EE profile?
