Can dependent get study permit while in Canada

Greetings,

My wife has got dependent visa,can she get student visa and join any course while in Canada or she she has to come to India for getting student visa.

Another question - Can dependent apply for work permit from India ?

I think I read this point somewhere on the forum.... She will have to come back to India to apply for a Study permit.

The work permit is stamped at the port of entry.

But i got mixed response in this case,some people says study permit can be issued in canada itself... need to find info from proper source.
I also heard that work permit for spouse can be applied in India but not sure about the process/documents..
any ways.. what is your status ? you got the visa ?which university you are planning

If you have a study permit, she can apply for a study permit in Canada. She doesn't have to apply in India.

can you tell me which forms I have to sbumit for dependent visa with student visa?
and do I have to pay 125 + 125 fees for both of us?

yes, please help. Do we need to fill a different form for our dependent or just adding his/her name in our application form is enough?
