I AM SPONSORING MY DEPENDENT CHILDREN FOR THE COMMUNICATION PURPOSE CAN THEY CONTACT THE EMBASSY THROUGH E-MAIL OR LETTER TO ASK ABOUT THE STATUS OF THEIR CASE OR MAKE CHANGES IN THEIR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS.

I think so. It might depend, though, on whether or not they have reached the "age of majority" and are adults, able to manage their own affairs. If that's the case, you wouldn't be able to get info about their applications without their consent. But if they're minors, they might need you to correspond with the embassy on their behalf.
