Can Dependants Land while...

If principal applicant completes the landing formalities and comes back. After that, while principal application is not present in Canada, Can Dependants Land alone (while PA IS NOT IN CANADA)

Yes, provided the PA has already landed, s/he is not required to be in Canada for the dependents to land after.
