I have received ITA on 23rd May 2018 and I submitted all documents to the portal(e-APR) on 25th June. I have completed all documentation, medical, employment letters, PCC, etc for myself and my spouse for the submission.
My spouse has received a new job offer on 30th June. Is it advisable for him to change his job? will it affect our application, i.e. does information need to be changed in the e-APR?
If we receive confirmation of PR, does he need to give reference letters from the new employer (assuming it would just be a month in the job)?
Also could it delay the process? Any help/advice is appreciated.

If you have submitted th me application and have received the AoR it should not be a problem.

bimale4bipeople thank you for your prompt response. just another followup question. We are in Dubai,UAE and residence Visas change with jobs. If my old visa is cancelled and i have a new UAE residence visa due to the new job, does it mean i have to resubmit the passport with stamps pages OR will it impact the final PR stamping, as the Visa changes will be visible in the passport?
Again, appreciate your advice/response.
