Can cic reject fsw case in ee

i have applied through fsw nd recieved my application back few days back.I filed my case through wwics.Although they have returned my documents but they are not giving me or showing me the letter from cic for return.Secondly,when i get dat letter should i update my ee profile..dat i have applied before and i have d uci no.please suggest

i have filed for fsw in dec and ee in jan ,if i get an ita and as previovsly i filled dat i have not applied to cicbefore because of the unavailability of uci no at dat time,will now it effect my application as i have recieved my docs back bt in d letter dere is no uci no
