can both husband and wife could create EE profile

Dear Experts ,

Is there any restriction on creation of express entry profile. My spouse created a express entry profile and i am dependent in it. With her education credential her CRS score is better then mine. But can i also create a EE profile ? or its not allowed ? Appreciate your help and suggestion here.

By doing this, you are stealing someone else's chance of getting an ITA, since CIC has a definite number of ITAs released every fortnight.

Dear Sir, I dont think we both will get ITA issued in same draw, mine is hardly reaching 400, i just want to take chance on PNP. If i got lucky we will pull my spouse's application out.

You certainly can do that but note that if you proceed with separate profiles and you end up wanting to be sponsored by her after she gets PR, that won't be possible anymore because in her application she stated you wouldn't be accompanying her. So make sure you will be able to get PR on your own prior to proceeding with 2 separate applications.

Didnt understand , why we need to specify spouse not accompanying in the profile? I though we both could opt for spouse accompanying. Please point out if i am missing any point here ?

i think he misunderstood. you're fine provided like you said that you both have accompanying. we did the same. make sure to withdraw the profile if one of you gets invited
