Hello everyone 8)

Anyone knows about the new changes made by the CIC so can anyone update me about the occupation list which are eligible to apply for immigration.

And can anyone tell me am I eligible to apply for immigration? following are my details:

Education: 16 years (4 years university BS in International Relations and 12 years schooling)

Language proficiency: 7.5 overall and 1 year french certificate of Alliance Française (partial ability of French)

Experience: 2 years work experience Human Resource Officer in Pakistan

Age: 28

Arranged employment in Canada: No

Adaptability: My uncle live in Canada with his family.

starting early 2013, CIC is expected to accept applications for new FSWP. There will not be any list of occupations in specific. However your occupation must fall under any of these mentioned in website below.

u get more points for adaptibility :). my wife has a B.ARCH degree and i got points for that as well .. i don't know how/when the new FSW will come next year ( early 2013 - thats all i know) and cant comment on it ..

I think in new FSW they will focus on language than education because according to cic press release "language is given more priority because most of the wife's who come to Canada with good educational background they don't do any work or utilize their education" so they are focusing on language so that they can integrate into Canadian society.

I think its ok that i m not married! Although i'll get points of relatives living in Canada because my uncle is Canadain PR holder and so is my aunty.

what is your source that they aren't making any changes into occupation list mate?
