Can ATIP reveal if our file has been transferred to local office?

1) Yes that is the code for the immigration officer who accesses your file to either modify entries or make new entries.

2) The ATIP usually breaks it down as Primary Office and Secondary Office so if the Office Responsible is mentioned under Primary then yes your case will now be handled by the St Clair office.

3) Note 3 to me seems like your file was transferred from the Mississauga Office to the St Clair Office.

4) Yes if you do not get OATH by the mentioned dates they will request a new criminal background check on their end.

A recurring question I guess: does tequesting your ATIP (electronic file, physical file, citizenship file, immigration file) affect in any way your citizenship application?

I don't thinks so, you can ask the same questions like: does logging to your ECAS couple of times a day, seven days a week would show up in your citizenship application ?

Ok, just received my ATIP (after exactly 30 days!)
The good thing is that it confirms that my application has been transferred from Sydney to Montreal.
The bad thing is that it says for location: Montreal Citizenship CEN (I am from Montreal)

What bothers me is that "CEN". I think this is the office where they transfer your application when there is a problem in it... Can anybody confirm this please?

I just found elswhere on this forum CEN = Citizenship Exceptional Network.

Not sure though if this statment is correct.

In my atip it says ottawa CIC;

but NOT CEN

Did anyone else notice the years in ATIP for example secondary office created is out of whack, mine says 2010. Same with alotta other fields.

Look at who created (or updated) these... if it's the system (SADMIN), then it's general update
doesn't really matter. It was some update based on CIC policy changes. My 2 cents!

Interesting fact,
Yesterday, I spoke with CIC call centre regarding my application.
So she informed me that she can see my second ATIP (first one I ordered 24.08 and received 24.09), I requested that second one only one week ago, I don't have it but she has it.. why ? Why would you make people wait for one month to receive it when they just do it in one week (few days) ?
