Can Apply PR before completing 2 years work in Canada, as my CRS points up one month early

Hello,

I would appreciate some help with this.

My present CRS score is 461 with one year of Canada experience under CEC. I will complete my 2 yrs of work experience by mid of March (as per the dates). Still, my CRS score will go up to 474 by 1st Feb.

My present WP will expire by Feb end. In order to get BOWP in FEB and continue to work in the same job. Can I accept ITA in future rounds of invitation and apply PR in Feb last week.

Does it affect my PR application?

No - you can't. Your application will end up being refused since you won't have two years of work experience at the time your application is submitted. You can't submit your application until you have two full years of work experience if you want to claim points for 2 years of work.

As long as you wait until you have the full work experience before you submit the full application (post ITA), then you are fine.

yes i submitted after my 2 years exp was done. it should be fine right? i am little nervous. do u know anyone who got it this way?
