Can anyone tell me how to convert IETLS scores to CLB levels? Yes I'm aware of the conversion chart. But it doesn't cover all the cases, eg all 9 except 6 on speaking.
It covers all the cases. If you don't hit CLB 9 on every section (6 for speaking for example), you lose points on the transferable skills part.
