Can anyone solve my query...PLEASE!!!

Hi everyone,

I would really appriciate your expert advice as I searched almost entire forum and internet but could not get information on what I am looking for.

I got work permit in December 2012 for a year which will expire on 18th December(this month) I applied for PR in march 2012 and my application considered eligible under "arranged Employement"...On july 20th i also got a request to submit rprf fees, medical and for which I return to my home country as sending passport in or out of india considered illegal. I sent all those requested documents on 17 august...it has been more than 3 months and i still have not got my passport back with visa...i send them case specific enquiry and got a reply saying "backgrond checks are still pending and can not finalise my case as of now".

my concern is in 2 weeks my work permit will expire and and to consider my application valid under "arranged employment" I need to have my TRV valid....unfortunately my employer does not want to process my lmo now will I get rejection if chc asked to extend my TRV and i would not be able to do so. Also I want you to know without Arranged employment also I score 67 passing points.

I assume that your WP date is 18/12/2011 (you mentioned 2012) which will expire on coming 18/12/2012 and your PP is with NDVO being processed where as your current employer is NOT willing to process LMO any more. Am I right in my understanding?

yes...you got it all right??......how do you think my case will be treated???

It all depends, if they need to verify before 18/12/2012 then you will sail otherwise you'd be in trouble.

hmmm ... but I would still score 67 passing points even if VO do not allot me points for "arranged emplyment".....wouldn't it make any difference? ???

Thats how I used the word trouble, it would depend upon VO to exclude your AEO (no longer applicable) and then count 67. However, good chances are there to sail.
