I had applied for Canadian skilled permanent visa and after around 1 year of my application immigration office had communicated me that my application has preliminary accepted and I need to send them my presents know how to proceed further. In between I got married and my country of residence has changed from Bangladesh to India, as my wife is Indian. Am I still eligible to continue with the same application which was lodged when my country of residence was Bnagladesh?I am staying in India for more than 1 year.

So who is responsible , visa office or you ? You must keep update CIC with your change of martial status and adress. About next step,if they informe you that your application is accepted and now submit full application, they probably you recieved one Apendix with all required documents that needed to submit. Contact CIC with your update , status update and adress. I am not sure what action they will take but atleast they will get know what to take further decision at your application. Do this as soon possibe, if you passed any time line, they may close your file.
