Can anyone help me with the question about the Passport Requested Letter?

Hello, my mom applied for temporary visitor visa online on May, and just received an email that requires her to send her passport and passport requested letter to a visa office in China. But when she logged in to her CIC online application account, she could not find the passport requested letter. Does anyone know what's going on? Is there anyone I can contact with? Or Is it ok if she just print out the email and send it to the visa office with her passport?

I dont think so! There is a pdf file attached to the new message on her mycic account! It will have her UCI number and it will say that her passport is requested! Just like the file for request of biometrics
