Permanent resident applications are created in our database within thirty weeks of receipt. Applications which are incomplete or which do not include the correct fee are immediately returned to the sender at the address shown on the application form.
If your application was submitted more than thirty weeks ago and it has not been returned to you, you may wish to contact your bank to determine if your payment has been processed.

I submitted 4 months ago. and my bank draft was cashed 2 months ago. So this message tells me I have to wait until 30 weeks?
i do not have any return from them. so that means my case is ok, just need to give Buffalo more time to process my case?
I applied at the end of Nov, 2011 under bcpnp. lots of people applied to buffalo behind mine, but they already have their AOR and MR. what about mine? how long I should wait...
