Can anyone help about Ontario PNP?

Hi,
My wife been in Express Entry since August 2016 with NOC of Electrical Engineer. Her CRS score is 415.
Last week have created a new profile for EE as it is the requirement for Ontario PNP PT Letter Of Interest.
Her IELTS score is (R9,L8.5,W7,S7).
Since her experience in Electrical Engineering in Pakistan is 5 years from Jan 2009 till September 2012.
From 2012 till 2017 she has only one and a half years teaching experience in Saudi Arabia.
We have changed our primary NOC to School teacher.

Can anyone tell how long it takes to Ontario send invitation after uploading EE profile?

It's a secret about how Ontario send invitation, even though applicants meet the requirements mentioned on their website, applicant may not receive invitation at all.

No one knows, there is no pattern.

OINP intake was paused from March 2016 to Feb 2017. They reopened and issued NOIs few weeks back. At the moment it looks like they stopped again giving NOI (Notification of Interest).

In theory; you must have crs >400, ties to Ontario (close relatives, past school or work in Ontario), and for FSW you must meet 67/100 criteria.No clear info for NOC.

But it looks like some who has those are not picked, while others are not. Hence people think they are cherry-picking. We don't exactly now.

Right now, for OINP you just have to wait and hope. It even looks like CRS cutoff may go down to 400s by the end of year (contains speculation). May be you get direct ITA Keep the hope.
