Can anyone damage the PR profile?

Hi,

We initially planned to apply through a canadian immigration agent but found him to be not genuine as he was asking to fake several things. So, we avoided him and had a quarrel with that guy since, he was not refunding our money. We have a genuine profile but we are worried if he will spoil our profile..
Can anyone damage someone's chances of canadian PR by emailing to canadian immigration? Please advise. We are worried about the situation.

As long as he doesn't have access to your profile and everything in your profile is truthful, there's nothing to worry about.

If even Canadian MPs are unable to influence IRCC process, I doubt an agent would have that kind of power.

You need to provide more details. How far along in the application process did you go with him... created profile? submitted application?

Just change your password. And I hope you are the one that receives emails from CIC, if not you can change the email too
