Can anybody tell me am I eligible 4 CEC?

Hello,

I have done 2yr diploma in business operations in Canada and currently I am working as a Kitchen Manager in a restaurant and some of my job responsibilities are -

- Preparing food and dishes for customers,
- Managing inventory of food items,
- Assign duties to other employees,
- Help keeping clean the kitchen area etc

Can anyone tell me is it good enough to apply under CEC and if yes, how long experience do I need.
