if you think you have money, you cant provide time, then i would like to advise wwics... coz
consultant or wwics -
-just fills the forms and works as a courier (for this 2hr job they will charge heavy amount)
-you will be dependant on them, coz at all time CIO/CIC makes communication with them and they will keep your file in their drawer for couple of weeks (wwics is professional in this case)
-they will not prepare any document for you. just they will advise what kind of doc they need
-they will take more time from you to consultant..consultant to VO...VO to consultant...like this... etc etc..
if you are thinking ..you are skilled person ...you can get lots of advise from this forum..expert than those consultant. even guidance for how to fill the form is self explanatory..
still there will be some confusion..you can ask each n every step from this forum.. it makes you more confident and you will gain more knowledge....

Actually, I have applied six months back and I did big mistake as I mentioned wrong NOC Code in my application,Now I am afraid to take chances on my own as my case is little bit complicated..

Also, heard that there is a change in occupation list such as IELTS Score has to be sent along with the application to Nova Scotia etc..

I know the consultant likes WWICS are crook, still looking for good consultant who can actually show me the right path.

feeling forms is little bit critical. coz each n every space needs to be filled carefully. i think, if you study more n more, you will get ans for all space and it makes you confident as well. once you have applied already, you must have doc. if you are in doubt, raise the question to this thread, specially qorax, doglover, i think you will get best suggestion than consultant. its upto u. even i was in doubt till my Ist Aor,,coz anything can be happen. it doesnt mean that, if sent through consultant, you will get approval. but its sure, if you sent by yourself, you will save lot of time for processing.

right now, no need to send IELTS report to NS canada. but after getting 120days notice, you must have to submit ielts to visa office during full application.

Why dont you contact qorax? he can do it for you on personal basis at a reduced fee. He has landed in canada now and he can at least be helping out members who still need consultancy services maybe for a little fee. It wont be a bad idea to give it a try you can send him a pm. while he anwers general questions on the forum those who need more detail and personalised services from him can contact him for a little fee.

i agree with this view. i m sure, his advise will make sure from filing to landing stage and he is more reliable than bogus consultant. ask him about the fee, you can fully rely him.

If you want I am ready to prepare your full file with nominal charges which s Rs:50,000 for wholo visa process.

you have to give me in different installment.

Initially yo have to give Rs:15,000 mfor initial file preparation to Nova Scotia.
if you not receive file number from nova scotia then15,000 is fully refundable

if you receive file number from nova scotia and receive 120 days time line to submit full docs to new delhi. you need to give Rs:5000. when you receive second AOR from New Delhi Rs:10,000 when your file status is changed from visa office eligibility review complete to in process Rs:5000.

Rs: 5,000 when you receive medicals and remaining after visa.

If your file is rejected because of me like missing docs then I will fully refindas your entire money.

But If file is rejected due to medical ,security and background check then money is not refundable.

Its my extensive experience and with lots of experience seen from the cases forward by WWICS. I am not saying haphazardly or i dont like to blame anyone. I was one of the victim from wwics. I am sure, if i was still following the wwics service, my application definitely been rejected. When i left them and proceed from myself, just getting some suggestions from this forum, i am confident about my case. WWICS hold my doc for 3months+, even, i have given final CIC ND doc when i made agreement with them. Always saying that, your document is being reviewed by our documentation expert in head office. What kind of expert they have? i am already been in UK under HSMP visa. I know what document i need to prepare. I was busy and i was thinking like you, coz money was not a great problem for me. If i got service from them, i was just expecting the service on time. If CIO holds my doc for a year, i cant blame wwics. But 3months without having any reason, they hold my doc. Lets see my time line, when i applied from myself, i got 2nd AOR within 3months from Visa Office. I have saved money and communication/courier period from VO-head office of wwics-branch office of wwics-then only me. Even, their branch office managers are just a trainer, they just collects the document and forwards to their head office (HO). If HO is not satisfied, again they asks to their branch, and branch holds in this file for long time. Lets see me, i dont have to think about them now. Just i studied 2days about my confused matters from this thread. I got full satisfaction. If i am unable to get Visa, it developed my confident that, i can be a puncutal and realistic adviser for this kind of immigration service. Who got benefit??

Again you said me i am crook. I agree with this. OK lets ans me, if you are claiming that you are going to apply for skilled migration, then what kind of skill you have? You r getting free of service for any confusion from this forum, still you need consultant? If you are not able to fill just few pages of this forms, then how you can explore and claim that you are a skilled migrant and VO must give you the stamped visa? Canada is one of the english speaking country, i think each and every box of the forms are self explained if you follow the guidelines of the authorized office. Even they says..write your name / DOB etc in this boxes. If you think you r skilled, its your eye illusion and i would like to suggest you to join nursery classes. You did big mistake and with this small mistake you might get your application rejected. So how can you say wwics are crook. The mistake you have done shows that you are crook not wwics, they are the best since they started 16years back. They know every loop holes in the application procedures for immigration. As rules kept on changing year after years or on monthly basis. But wwics kept every application upto the requirements of CIC.

They helped my friend who did somewhat the similar mistake just like you did and just like people does. By asking the unknown person what to do in the crucial application form which can change your life. Its not Like Formatting the computer as the procedure will be the same as it was in the year 1999 or so, it is the application for new and better life which is very important for every person living on the earth. And if this method gets rejected due to mistakes, you can never be so confident for the same in the future.

And here we need people like wwics, they can suggest the person or applicant what to apply for and how to apply. some people do not fills the have enough norms of application for business visa, but wwics looks through deep inside the person background which leads to the acceptance of the application. And this is the easiest and trusted way to fulfill your dreams to work and live life in the foreign land.

Me and my friends (25 of them) who have applied through wwics and got their visa in 1 year to 1.5 year time span. according to me wwics is better option to opt in the immigration Consultants list. They are best in the Immigration Service Providers.

You are wrong in other postings as well. If there are 1 percent of the failure of submitting true documents from your side you are not responsible and if wwics got one percent failure just due to the documents you submitted then who is responsible. I have seen only few peoples who have posted bad about wwics. they are posting the same content in the forums like this. and if some one is satisfied with the services of the company wwics which you don't got is just an exception.

this is something you have to accept in your kitty. It will be your mistake which have lead you to frustration.

before selecting them i have searched a lot about the consultants in New Delhi. I visited WWlCS people also... but not satisfied with their services....

You are wrong in other postings as well. If there are 1 percent of the failure of submitting true documents from your side you are not responsible and if wwics got one percent failure just due to the documents you submitted then who is responsible. I have seen only few peoples who have posted bad about wwics. they are posting the same content in the forums like this. and if some one is satisfied with the services of the company wwics which you don't got is just an exception.

this is something you have to accept in your kitty. It will be your mistake which have lead you to frustration.

billyy...dont say like that. you got ans from someone else behind you. i am not blaming anyone. its not my job to blame about anyone. i am not saying against any agent coz i have no idea how they are doing. i was foccusing on bogus wwics agent. when i was there to withdraw my doc, there were other people, who were waiting for their refund. just last month, the nepal branch manager ajaya dhand has been beaten by some applicants. even i was not there. do you think they are doing good job. they just trained their relatives, to know how to fill the forms and posted in diff branch. i never like to suggest anyone to get support from wwics. wwics is the bogus consultant. i have no idea whether u got commission or u r the employer of wwics, like other thread people thinks about u.
