Najam bro, if you want them here so bad then you should have filed their applications along with your student visa application. Anyways, they can come to Canada on TRV (Temporary Resident Visa) as a visitor but as I earlier mentioned, the chances of refusal will be HIGH ! Check CIC's website for visit visa (TRV) requirements.
