Can anybody get rejection just only due to have insufficient funds?

i would like to ask that during In Process verfication if ur account is 85 to 90 percent maintained then it would be risky or we should maintain 100%? i know on medical time 100% must be there but i am asking about in process verfication.

Thanks for your reply. I mean for invest is that I M keeping the same amount of money in other bank under some saving account. Shall I inform this to VO?

Secondly, I have already undergone my MR in last July, 2011.
