The only other chance you have of migrating to Canada is to obtain a job offer from a Canadian employer.

We r afraid, U cannot apply [neither of u -both Husband & Wife]... 'coz your NOCs r NOT in the 38 NOC List.

The only way out is to apply with an AEO [job offer from a Canadian Employer]. The Canadian Experience Class also might not be applicable to u 'coz I don't think u r currently working in Canada, or had done so for 2yrs. earlier.
