Can any one guide me in Work permit visa

I have 7yrs exp(India & Qatar) in commissioning of all electrical equipments and substations in Transmission&Distribution .I hold 3yrs Diploma in Electrical and electronics engineering.Will I get work permit(LMIA) or can I apply for PR .which way will help me to migrate to Canada??.I'm seeking for guidance.

You should focus on becoming a PR first. Generally speaking, it's extremely difficult to find employers willing to go through the LMIA process.
