no Jashan..actually, I don't have an idea of types of cases. i simply keep track of New Delhi FSW cases closely and anything that remotely touches similarity with my case.jashan said:aanbaan as per my opinion u have an estimated idea abt every type of case....
can u tell that how much time can my process take..
my e- status is showing in process and processing started on 21st april 2009.
I have not done any research on AEO cases separately and I'm far behind you in processing. Just that I happen to retain things that I read on this forum and am able to collate and link information off-hand. Also, I trust data and do some data analysis on trackitt.
This is the reason I have an opinion about a lot of things. But, have no idea on how your case might swing from here... I can only suggest what I would have done if was in your place. I would have waited for 2 months after receiving back the unstamped passport and e-mailed them for any status update. Then I would have waited another 1 month and e-mailed them again. after that I would've waited for 10 more days and applied for CAIPS to understand why they may be holding my case. I may have applied for CAIPS 10 days after the first communication as well, depending on ly desperation level at that time....
right now, I'm not desperate but if I get more frustrated in my current company, my desperation level might go upwards
