You means in the third answer “only most recent CRA notice of assessment is required for spousal sponsorship.” WHAT does THE CRA notice abbreviate?

If i write a presentation paper to attach in this application, will this make whole my packages return back? Some people in forum told me that Thier representative (lawyer) wrote it

after your husband living in Winnipeg Canada files for tax in Canada.....he will receive a Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) notice of assessment (NOA) .

its okay to include the presentation paper if you want to......its nice to have.

We got married 4 months ago, I’m the sponsored person living in Viet nam, my husband is the sponsor living in Winnipeg city Canada
I want to choose one of two the below ways:

I want my husband to send all his forms and his related documents to Vietnam so that I will gather my forms and related ones, evidences of our marriage and then mail EXPRESS to Case processsing center, which address will I send to ?

The second, I will send my husband whole my forms and related documents, evidences to CANADA, my husband will mail them to Case Processing Centre, Pls give me address

Could I choose one of these? Which is better and convenient for us?
either way its okay, whats most important is IRCC receives the complete sponsorship application package (forms and support documents), as in-complete sponsorship application package will be returned........i prefer you sign the forms, and send the forms and documents to your husband and he signs, review and ensure documents complete and mails the sponsorship application package to IRCC address......its up to you which way you choose to courier the documents to IRCC.

1) you the principal applicant lives outside Canada and been sponsored abroad, outland sponsorship.....there are 2 options for Outland Spousal Sponsorship….refer checklist…..Class of Application.
  1. I am currently living outside Canada, and I am applying under the Family Class.
  2. I am currently living in Canada, and I am applying under the Family Class (not under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class). I understand that I may be convoked to attend an interview at a visa office outside of Canada.

My husband is filling out his forms IMM 1344 - 5532 and then will sign his signature - after finishing he will send to Viet Nam so that I can also sign
My questions are:
1. After I finish my forms + his and documents, pictures and evidences related to our relationship, whether I could directly send to (*Case Processing Centre – Mississauga*

Mississauga ON L5A 4H6) or not?
2. Beside my forms, documents, pictures, evidenced related to our relationship; my personal documents including Nortarized Passport, ID, Cert of Birth, Cert of Marriage, Police Records No. 2, household book. Whether I need to supply the use right of my land and house before marriage with him and Cert of my current job or not ? Are my categories so unwanted - Pls show me the lacked parts for a complete application
3. Beside my husband’s forms 1344- 5532, help me else papers necessary yo spousal sponsorship. Are they right? (Including: Cert of birth, Cert of divorce, Cert for his current job, Declaration of tax with 3 years, and of salary within latest 6 months, his police certificate in Canada)
4. To prove our marriage is honest, should I write the presentation paper of reason we love each other and got marriage with each other or not ? I would like to put this after my Checklist in whole application package ?

Sincerely thank you folks for reading my wordings, I really need your help. No other words, have happy days the rest of your life!

Hey there,
I m really confused. I’m the sponsored person, living in Viet nam.
I’m gathering related documents, I had the latest Police Certficate. But when I read instruction in CiC, they re requesting all family members

I’m looking forward
Sincerely

Police certificates
You (the principal applicant), and any family members 18 or older (who are not already Canadian citizens or permanent residents), must submit police certificates from the following country or countries with your application:

  • The country where you (or they) currently live, if you have lived there for six months or more.
    and

  • The country where you (or they) have spent most of your (their) life since the age of 18.
Note: Some countries need a consent form from IRCC to issue a police certificate. Find out if the country from which you need a police certificate requires a consent form. If required, you should submit the consent form to us in place of the police certificate. We’ll assess the consent form and start the police certificate request.

Important: If you can’t provide the above police certificates with your application, you must submit a detailed explanation of why not and when you expect to be able to submit them. This will likely delay the processing of your application.

See How to get a police certificate for up-to-date information about obtaining police certificate from any country.

Its not mandatory you fill IMM5476.....the form is only required to be filled if the PA wants the sponsor to represent them and all correspondence sent to the sponsor.......the sponsorship application is in 2 parts....(1) Sponsor eligibility to sponsor PA.....(2) PA application for PR in Canada......after the sponsor is approved the 2nd part is processed....its up to you if you want the sponsor to represent the PA, and if you decide them IMM5476 should be filled.
