Hello all,

1-Are there any specific companies through Canada which are accepted this type of working?or anyone can personally offer them that would like to work freely ?

2- Would volunteer jobs also count toward the work experience in Canada ?

Assuming this question is for eligibility for CEC; read on.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/canadian-experience-class.html

How we calculate work experience
Your skilled work experience must be paid work including paid wages or earned commission. We don’t count volunteer work or unpaid internships.
For part-time work, you can work more or less than 15 hours/week as long as it adds up to 1,560 hours. You can work more than 1 part-time job to get the hours you need to apply.
We don’t count any hours you work above 30 hours/week.

So no, any unpaid work experience doesn't count as work experience in or out of Canada.

Are you asking before you get PR or after you get PR?

If before you are a PR:

1 - Generally this isn't possible since you would need a work permit even if you aren't being paid.
2 - No, this won't count as work experience. Work experience must be paid.
