The daughter attends to a secondary school in canada without visa.
And her mother has a study permit and going to leave canada and come back in a few days.
so the mother is leaving her dependant
Is this possible and legal?

Is the mother actually studying? If the daughter is 16 or older and is mature enough it is not considered a big deal if she is left alone for a few days if she has others checking in on her.

The mother has just finished her program and will bring her son from her country. the daughter will be watched by her friends.
