CAN A REJECTED STUDY PERMIT BE REVERSED AND BE APPROVED

Mine was approved after reconsideration request. I did highlight their their mistake and quoted from Immigration Act.

I was rejected for my study permit too. Could you share your reconsideration letter? I would very much appreciate it.

What were the reasons for refusal. Usually you reapply so what are your reasons for reconsideration (eg. What error in immigration law did the VO make).

The purpose of your visit is not consistent with a temporary stay.
I order gcms notes and planned to reapply. However, i am working on my reconsideration letter and will send it before the note arrives.

Master of applied linguistics
Current job: english language lecturer & running a language centre myself for kids & adults
Chosen program: diploma in early childhood education

I am aware this does not look like career progression to the VO but i stated my reasons for choosing this major.

I doubt whether my sop has been read.

Why do you have to come to canada for an ECE diploma? It is not career or education progression. Education progression is at least a PG program. ECE admission requirement is secondary education. If you run a language centre then look at a B.Ed. ECEs in canada work in daycares or are nannies not language/education centres. I don’t see an error in law.

The diploma i obtain after graduation will help me open a pre-school in Vietnam. This is one of the requirements for opening a preschool. I have proof for this.

But why Canada? If in Vietnam, why not there so your education is based on their educational standards, customs & traditions. Find it hard to believe you need Canadian ECE to open preschool in Vietnam.
