Hi,

My wife is working under PSU bank and she is primary applicant in my profile. I have few questions regarding that please find them below :

  • After receiving visa stamp on passport, will she be able to land in Canada without NOC from the bank?
  • For how long primary applicant needs to stay for the first time in Canada before coming back to India?
  • Is is mandatory that primary applicant should accompany the secondary applicant for the first time?
Please help.

1 - No idea what you're asking.
2 - The PA can leave as soon as the landing procedure has been finished. Of course coming back might be an issue if she does not have her PR card in hand.
3 - No but the secondary applicant cannot land before the primary applicant.

She can land without NOC. After PR you can simply book flight tickets and move abroad, provided her leaves are approved.

Hi, will she not require an NOC for PCC and at the time of departure from India? Govt. employees usually need this document
