My father received PR through my sponsorship recently, can he sponsor his brother now? My grandparents are not alive.
Can a parent who was sponsored recently and received PR sponsor their sibling?

I doubt it. He has to be alone in canada without any relative that's the rule i think
But you are alive. So no. I don't see any route for your father to sponsor his brother (as lonely Canadian).
I'm not aware of any programs that will allow that. What you seem to be referring to is the lonely Canadian program, which your father doesn't qualify for in order to bring his brother. His brother will get extra points under the Express Entry progam since he has family here, but that's about it in terms of benefit for immigration.
IF your father received PR through sponsorship then he has family and living relatives in Canada. He would not be able to sponsor his brother. Who sponsored your dad?
