Can a high school graduate apply as service crew/cook/food counter attendant?

Good day!
I would like to inquire if I can be able to apply as service crew/cook/food counter attendant although I am just a high school graduate? I've worked at McDonald's, Riyadh, K.S.A. I started as a service crew, a year after I was promoted as crew trainor and then a year after again, I was promoted as crew chief. I've been in the company for 4 years and 1 month. Now, I am currently searching for a job that best suits my qualification.

You can. Just know that McDonalds doesn't hire foreigners - at least where I live.
