Can I submit submit a refugee application for Canada without effecting my current residence status as a student in Germany? So I can continue my lessons here in Germany incase if my application in getting rejected by Canadian authorities?

Please help.

In order to apply to come to Canada as a refugee from Germany, you would first have to be identified as a refugee by the local UNHCR or a similar referral organization. You cannot apply to Canada directly. Have you done this already? If not, this is the first step.

You mean, that I cant continue my residence as a student here after recognized as a refugee by UNHCR and my Student Residence permit will be canceled??

I want to do it somehow without losing my student status here in Germany. Because if my application is rejected by Canadian authorities, I will have no chance to continue my lessons in Germany aswell.
Is ther anyway to do it???

I don't know. You would probably have to post your question to a German immigration forum.
