You are mixing things up.

A sibling, nephew/niece or grandchild under the age of 18 who is an orphan and not married or common-law can be sponsored regardless of how many relatives the sponsor has.

A person with no spouse/partner, no children, no living parents/grandparents and no Canadian citizen/PR relatives can sponsor a relative through the "Lonely Canadian" stream.

Under the lonely program if you qualify, can you sponsor your sibling over 18

" if you qualify, can you sponsor your sibling over 18"

No, if you have your parents alive.
There is a priority list whom you being alone in Canada may sponsor.
