Can a 70 year old get skilled workers immigration

My Father is an engineer and he is still working in Saudi Arabia but he is 70 years old. Will his age cause issues in applying for skilled workers program for Canada?

OR

I am right now living outside of Canada and am a PR holder can i apply for supervisa for my parents from outside of Canada?

Yes - this will cause issues. He won't qualify for skilled worker immigration given his age.

No - you cannot apply for a super visa while living outside of Canada. You must be living in Canada and your income must be from Canadian sources to qualify to apply for a super visa.

There's no option that will allow you to do that.

Their only option is a regular visitor visa. However this won't allow them to live in Canada or move to Canada. All this will do is allow them to visit Canada for a short period of time.
