there is no age limit. as for spouse and minors need visitors visa but yes they can accompany u if they get approved

u need to be a full time registered r student
"To be able to work in Canada, however, you must be registered and enrolled at your designated learning institution"
which i dont believe u will be enrolled by the college 2 months prior to ur college start date.

Hi...I'm registered and enrolled as a full time student for May term....my classes will start on May 14th....but by luck....i got a chance for a part time job yesterday.....Can i start my paid traing from 27th April.....Because once I postpone my job till 13th May....I may get replaced by another employee....I dont want to loose this job as its very flexible. What should I do?

1. No, you can't start work until you are a student, as classes haven't started yet, you can't start work.
